Covid-19 Updates

Please be aware that what we are experiencing locally with regards to paper products, hand sanitizer, grocery items, etc. very likely mimics what you are experiencing in your area. For the good of those traveling in your party, we suggest bringing with you any essentials that you currently have on hand so as to avoid finding necessary items out of stock when you arrive. As stated in your check-in information, we will provide only enough to get you started. These items include:

1 Roll Paper Towels
1 Roll of Bathroom Tissue in each bathroom
2 Laundry Pods
2 Dishwasher Pods
1 Travel Size Bottle of Palmolive Dish Soap
1 Small Bar Soap (Hotel Size) in each shower
1 Small Shampoo (Hotel Size) in each shower

There are liquid hand soaps at each sink, including the kitchen sink.

This property has been properly cleaned and disinfected with degreaser/disinfectant for your safety.

Amenities

Please note that pools and other amenities are under the control of each individual Homeowners Association. Certain amenities such as pools, hot tubs and fitness areas my be unavailable during this time. Coastal Dreamin and it’s employees are attempting to keep track of pool openings and closures but cannot guarantee any amenity will be available.

Watersound: Some amenities are open. Check the guest portal for pool rules and regulations

Redfish Village: Amenities are open. See the guest portal for rules and regulations

Sandestin: Amenities are open

Old Florida Village: Pools are open

Forest Lakes: The pool is open with restrictions. Please see the guest portal

Prominence:

The Prominence pool will be open WITH RESTRICTIONS starting May 22 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Entry times will be as follows: 10am, 11:30am, 1pm, 2:30pm, 5:30pm.  Directional arrows have been added to the sidewalk/ramp area to delineate line formation.  Your entire party needs to be in line for entry.  The only exception would be small children. Entry will be through the NORTH GATE NEAR THE MAILBOXES with check in with the security guard. Please be mindful of social distancing when forming the line.  Do not allow children to hang on the gate/fence while waiting. It is imperative that your guests be informed of the restrictions below before arriving at the pool in order to avoid misunderstandings.  We want this to be a positive experience so that we can move forward without setbacks.

In order to comply with CDC and Health Department guidelines

NO MORE THAN 40 PEOPLE CAN BE INSIDE THE POOL FENCE AT ONE TIME

LIMIT YOUR VISIT TO 1.5 HOURS SO THAT OTHERS MAY ALSO ENJOY THE POOL

NO FOOD WILL BE ALLOWED, DRINKS ONLY, NO GLASS

BRING YOUR OWN CHAIRS – NO SEATING WILL BE PROVIDED

GRILL AREA IS CLOSED

FITNESS ROOM IS CLOSED

DO NOT SHARE ITEMS WHILE AT THE POOL

Users are responsible for observing all federal, state, and local laws regarding COVID-19 and that by visiting the pool facilities users are voluntarily assuming (for themselves and for any minors) all risks related to COVID-19 exposure.

Individuals are prohibited from entering the facility if they currently have or within the past 14 days have had a fever or other symptoms of COVID-19.

While there is no evidence that the virus that causes COVID-19 can be spread to people through the water in pools, hot tubs, spas or water play areas, please be aware users of this facility are electing to enjoy the facility at their OWN RISK.

By entering the pool, you take responsibility for your own protection and for disinfecting your hands and anything you touch or use in the pool area.

DO NOT use the pool if you or anyone in your household has been ill, exhibiting signs or symptoms of COVID-19, are under mandatory quarantine orders, or has been exposed to someone with a presumptive positive COVID19 diagnosis in the past two weeks.

 

 

State of Florida Guidelines

Updated 06/3/20

  • Short term rental ban has been LIFTED Effective 05/19/20
  • Individuals from Hot Spots (New York Tri-State Area) are prohibited from renting for a period of 45 days from the date of the executive order (05/19/20)
  • Schools must keep distance learning
  • Elective surgeries can resume
  • Restaurants may offer outdoor seating with six feet of space between tables
  • Indoor seating at restaurants must be at 50% capacity and may open bar seating
  • Bars open at 50% inside and unlimited outside
  • Gyms and personal services are open
  • Vulnerable individuals should avoid close contact with people outside the home
  • Everyone should maximize physical distance from others while in public
  • Avoid socializing in groups of more than 10 people in circumstances that do not “readily allow for physical distancing”
  • Face masks are recommended for those in face-to-face interactions and where you can’t social distance.
