Construction on this 3 bedroom / 2.5 home is newly completed, and the home has been tastefully and comfortably decorated. The open floor plan lends itself to offer time together no matter where you are downstairs. The living and dining areas are spacious, while the kitchen is very nicely equipped with granite countertops, stainless appliances and a wide variety of cooking utensils and small appliances. Off the kitchen is a spacious patio and outdoor shower area, nice for rinsing off after a day at the beach! There is a half bath located on the first floor as well. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the bath has a large shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, with the 3rd having twin-over-full bunks. The shared bath has a tub/shower combo.
The Seahorse is a very short distance to the Highland Parks pool and pool house. Along with a resort-style pool, hot tub, fire pit and covered grill area, this area also had an observation tower rising above the tree line offering expanding views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Within the neighborhood you can wander along sidewalks and brick paved streets leading to Scenic Hwy 30A. The 30A corridor offers everything for everyone. Bike along the bike path, paddleboard on Western Lake, or stroll through an array of galleries and boutiques at Seaside. The Seahorse is also convenient to a number of restaurants throughout Gulf Place, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, and Seaside. From fine seafood to casual outdoor dining, you’ll find it all nearby.
